About

Our Story

As your extended NDIS family, we are more than typical support coordinators; we are local specialists dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes.

"It's not just the change that matters—it's how you deliver change, with deep respect for their values and beliefs, that truly makes a difference."

Cate Fairley, Founder & Managing Director

This quote highlights the essence of how Ohana epitomizes person-centered care in what we do. It emphasizes that while change is a crucial aspect of service, the way in which that change is implemented is equally important. Delivering support through a lens of person-centered care means approaching each individual with a deep respect for their unique values and beliefs.

It's not merely about making adjustments or providing services; it's about ensuring that these changes align with what is meaningful to our participants personally. This approach ensures that the support we offer is not only effective but also resonates with the individual's own sense of identity and preferences, ultimately leading to a more impactful and positive experience.
