OUR FOUNDER

Cate Fairley | Managing Director

Cate is our Ohana founder and Managing Director. Cate is a Specialist Support Coordinator engaged with every Ohana participant across New South Wales and Victoria. Cate has an extensive background in disability and mental health after completing a Bachelor of Psychology at Deakin University. Cate has spent over 15 years supporting families, youth and the elderly, with an innate commitment to building stronger communities and supporting our most vulnerable. Cate believes that supporting individuals with a holistic person-centred approach will enable them to build strong pathways within their local communities.

Cate’s philosophy for outstanding Support Coordination is centred around building strong and nuturing relationships and delivering the best client service experience. The NDIS pathway is difficult to navigate and incredibly personal.

It requires a caring and genuine helping hand.

Complex Support Coordinator

Lauran is a profound complex coordinator based in Deniliquin and services the Murray, Hume and Riverina regions. She has a great deal of experience working alongside individuals requiring specialised support in SIL and SDA. Lauran has a deep understanding of the disability industry partnered knowledge skills in supporting complex circumstances. With her compassionate approach, Lauran shares Ohanas passion in improving the quality of lives of her participants.

Complex Support Coordinator

Anna services the Edward River, Hay, Murray River and Berrigan Shire areas. Anna has over 15 years of aged care experience with a Diploma in Community Services. Anna ensures that every interaction she has with a participant is impactful and engaging. She specifically values understanding and learning a participants back story to support building their pathway forward. Anna's warm sense of humour and ability to make the impossible, possible sets her apart from many.

Georgie

Support Coordinator

Georgie is based in Deniliquin and through recently completing her Bachelor of Health Science degree at Deakin University, has gained the knowledge and expertise in evidence based support within health and human sciences.

As one of Ohana’s newest Support Coordinators, Georgie’s kindness and compassionate approach enables her to build rapport with her participants quickly to establish a trusting foundation to deliver great outcomes.

Georgie is passionate about making a difference in her community and building meaningful working relationships.

Support Coordinator

Kylie is our Echuca based Support Coordinator and works across the Deniliquin, Shepparton and Echuca regions. Kylies extensive experience as a youth worker and support worker has embedded a genuine motivation in supporting vulnerable people and connecting them to their wider community.

Kyla

Support Coordinator

Kyla has expert experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial and physical disabilities. Kyla is based in Barooga and services a wide range of areas such as Albury, Shepparton, Mulwala and Corowa. Kyla showcases relentless effort along side strategic insight which enables her to get great results for her participants. Kyla believes building strong foundations with a participant is the secret to providing the best outcomes.

SDA Specialist Consultant

Grant is a consultant to Ohana and is our SDA housing go-to. As a specialist provider, we have key input from other stakeholders who can support us to support our participants. Grant has a wealth of knowledge and complex understanding around the SDA accomodation development. Grant has spent years engaging with market leaders in the disability housing sector and holds a high standard of facility needs. Grant is currently a Director of AAASDA Pty Ltd SDA Project Management Group and covers Regional Victoria and Regional NSW. Grant has a broad business background with qualifications in Accounting and Finance, Grant is an asset to Ohana.
